Our Family of 5

We are a family of 5 from Birmingham, we enjoy getting out and about, seeing different parts of the UK from rock beaches to Castles. From Wales to Norfolk and everything in between. Those perfect sometimes hidden little gems.

This site will take you on our journeys and exciting days out, hoping to give others ideas for cheap or free fun days out. Entertaining the little (and big) kids.

Our adventures start off planning ahead, finding quieter more open spaces, as not all of the superheroes like busy places and loud noises.

There is nothing better than loading the car with boots, waterproofs, change of clothes (kids love to get dirty, even the big kids) and not forgetting the importance of particular packed lunches due to dietary requirements. Although it can get stressful, it’s worth it in the end.
